It could mean lots of things but by itself it's a useless number and you can only guess at whats going on , where are the other results?

i agree with JD, also depends on when the blood was taken in relation to the shot!

Total T at this point is much less important then Bio Available and/or Percent Free.
From your labs do you have:
* Albumin
* Total T
* SHBG
We can calculate your bio and free from these assays.
My last BW total T was 1500 but bio available was 64% and Free T was 2.56%; both ideal. Sticking to the protocol and no change by my Doc. He's delighted by my numbers.

I am literally at the boundary of out of range (high) on total test and am high on free/bioavailable test 4 days after 100mg injection, so I could see it happening if you got the bloodwork done at the right time.

My doc only had me test for t and and estrodial. I took my t shot about 40 or so hours before the test, which is around the peak of the shot. I have an appointment tomorrow so ill bring up the bio available and percentages

Also, does aromidex have anything todo with it? My doc prescribed me 1mg a day (lol) but I was doing a lesser dose most of the time. Except the week and a half leading up to my blood work I took the full 1mg a day. Did this lead to higher t levels because estrogen was converting?

can't answer the relation between adex and test levels, but hell, thats allot of adex!

you need to research dr. Crislers protocols and talk with your Doc about it in depth, get on a PROVEN protocol and stick to it, don't change up your doses like that, stick to a proven protocol with an AI and HCG for several weeks without changing your doses and then go get your blood tests.........and make sure you research and request all the tests you need not just T and estrodial.

The HCG and Adex are both helping boost test, yes.

Sort of......in a round about way they will have an effect on total test levels and free test levels so YES they both will improve test levels to a degree. HCG does way more than effect only test levels......adex does nothing more than preserve what test you have from being converted to E2 which leaves more free test available for your body to use, simple yet crucial, if your test levels are soaring but your E2 is way high....not only have you not gained anything but now your at risk of some dangerous sides caused by E2.

Update:
Went to the docs and got a few other numbers. My estrodial was at 14 and my free test was a monsterous 800.
As it turns out adex does indeed boost t levels. I was taking 100mg t cyp every 5 days and hcg 250 e3d. Doc prescribed me to tcyp 100 every 7 days instead and hcg 100 once a week.
Basically everyone reacts different. Especially us younger guys. So, don't follow crislers routine just because that's what's accepted on the internet.
However, now I know what routine to follow if I want a boost in the gym

My free (pre TRT) was 8.8

Adex inhibits T to E2 conversion, so your T levels will not drop as much. Subtle difference, because in the end yes, you have slightly higher T levels when taking Adex; however, Adex does not boost T production in any way.

Yep, subtle difference, more of a word usage issue but still deserves clarification for anyone reading this who doesn't understand fully.........the real issue with E2 isn't the actual T levels but rather FREE T levels or bio-available.
There are some really helpful articles on the subject somewhere around here.......I'll see if I can find them to post up.
The important thing to understand for those that are curious and trying to learn about TRT is that Adex doesn't boost test production in any way, it helps preserve whats already in your system whether its natural or exogenous.

I was taking 200 mg test c EW along with 3.3mg Anastrozole per week.
My free and total testosterone came back even higher than the OP.
The half life for cypionate is not the same for every individual.It can last longer for some.
It would be for some, like adding water to a tub faster than it can drain,as a result the out of range t levels.
I have lowered to 100 mg per week .5 Anastrozole 2xweek
Much cheeper and better results
