feel like I'm starting to regress
Been on trt for about 20-24weeks. Currently 100mg cyp ew. No ai no hcg ... Struggling to find a doctor that knows anything about either of the two... My endo Says estro not gonna be am issue... Told me that from day one (obviously I know better.... ) so I Have an appt with IIo tomorrow... ASked him on the phone today what appt was for. HE said to take blood for test and rbc... I told him over the phone that my testicles are starting to ache (assuming from my system shutting down?) His immediate response was it's not from the test replacement... He did however offer to send me to a uro.....
I've felt great up until about the last 2.5-3weeks....starting to get all my old symptoms back... STarted with foggy brain (note e2 was 40before shots and went down to 32six weeks ago)..... Then libido started to go down followed quickly by weaker erections... NOw I'm getting moody and unmotivated again....
THoughts.?
TYpical if only taking test at 100mg ew
THanks
Eric

hmmmm, your e2 went down?! thats a new one to me! well, your e2 is either way down or way up, so the blood work will reveal whats going on. 100 mgs is a good starting dose. if i had to make a bet, i would say your e2 is out of wack, and maybe your RBC is a little high, but not likely based on 100 mgs per week, but it is dependent on the individual! let us know what the BW results are.

My endo and I don't see eye to eye.... I think I'm gonna have to beg to have e2 checked... My gp has always done it per my request.. butt will not give anything to lower e2... Says she doesn't know anything about it.
ANy thought on why my nuts are starting to ache? My thinking correct because of shut down?
Thanks again

my nuts shrunk to half the actual size but never experienced pain, however i have heard when taking hCG and nuts start to respond thats when people experience pain!

From what I've read, the achy balls are from shutdown and subsequent atrophy.
If I had to guess, I'd say that your e2 may be a out of whack.

My E2 went down too it's currently 5. Going to do the paid call to Crisler next week and see what he says to do.
Currently this is what I am thinking but again I have not talked to the doc yet.
1st thing I am going to do is go from 100 EW to 150 EW to see if that gets some E2 going.
2nd thing maybe HCG will help?
3. Call Crisler and talk to him and maybe pay for him to work with my doc.

YEah I'm really considering the phone call with dr. Crisler. I just want to find a doctor I feel comfortable with.... A gp that first prescribes 200mg month and only tests for total t but checked e2 when requested.... TO an endo that says e2 not effected by test cyp and aching testicles not related to test.... My endo did say don't do 200month but 200eow.... Wonder how he's gonna react today when tell him I had my gp (where I get my shots.... Yes I Have to go in every week at 22
A shot.... Sighs...) After long conversation and her being upset I went over her head, to try 100 every week... What do you know... NExt labs my total test up from 328 to 628 and my bio (asked her to run test for it as well.) Also better than my 200 eow... ANd that's when my e2 went down as well....
One step at A time i guess right...
I'm on my third doctor and don't want to keep shopping around. BEen trying to find the right one for the next switch, and end up on the big three and home injections... (Really wanna try 50 twice a week....)
SOrry for rambling... Thanks for readings
Sincerely,
Frustrated and foggy

GREAT!
This post should serve to all men who are working with Docs who don't understand proper TRT testing or protocols. This is a relatively new speciality and the Docs who administer this type of care were once only GP's or DO's for the most part (hell, Crisler is a family DO and my Doc was an Anesthesiologist!) and not Endos or URs.
So, being prepared with the correct information to help your Doc better care for you - upfront - is very important. They don't know these protocols so it's up to you, the patient, to be educated and armed with the know-how and correct information to help your Doc better care for you.
In return, you are helping to educate them so they can better help men in the future.
We're in the cutting edge of something very special in mens health here guys...it's really exciting.
Like Jman says, "add another 40 years to your life" LOL

Got my call setup, ya it's $200 but sick of screwing around and my doc is open to anything I want to try. My guess is HCG will bring up E2 but who knows.

Man what a wasted ****ing trip.... AGain he said my issue not related to trt... He ordered blood work... Only ordered blood count... I asked for full pannel like before I started and that I was interested in lh and fsh... Again told me that Not concerned with trt.... This is a flipping endo....
THe only good thing to come out of this is a referral to an urologist... My appt Wednesday at 9....
Needless to say I won't be going back to his office, nor did I hand him crisler's papers.... Not wasting my time with This joker
Thanks again for all THE support, feels good knowing I'm not alone... Hate this for anyone going through it, but it's nice to talk to people who relate
