Super high? Best way to lower without meds. I'm irritable as hell lately. Tired all the time

I haven't been back in yet. Just picked up my labs to look over them today. I'm thinking there is a thyroid issue. It's funny cause thyroid issues. Test issues. E2 issues. They all have the same symptoms. Lol. But my test and e2 are great. Something with the thyroid. I'm tired non stop no matter how much I sleep. Irritable as hell. Like ridiculous. Moody. In focused. And it's gotten much worse in the past 2 months or so

When I first started with problems the doc put me on thyroid meds first to see if my high lab numbers were the issue. He told me that thyroid problems can make you feel the same as having low test. Then after acouple of weeks with no improvement he put me on the test. I feel good now. Maybe you have issues with both low test and low thyroid?

If your tiredness isn't thyroid related, then I would think the problem is outside of these hormones. Possibly a nutitional element lacking, you just don't sleep well, unknown apnea, etc.

as i look back i guess the numbers were so damn close together i didnt notice that the low range was 4. something and yes its just past halfway....saying super was prolly dramatic as well...still worth looking into?
was hoping more ppl with thyroid knowledge/those on thy meds would chime...i do remember reading wanting the number lower for well being, etc.
