Do i need an ai with my trt

I shut myself down after extreme steroid abuse. My latest cycle was 9 month testosterone enanthate and woke up unable to get an erection a few days after pct. Im in UK and was originally scheduled for Sustanon 250 mg injections but I persuaded my endo to give me Nebido 1000mg injections every 10 weeks. They don't prescribe hcg or arimidex over here just test. My estrogen is already high and I'm wondering if I'll need an AI with my trt?

When I was on test e I didn't take any ai and couldn't keep my dick down at all. Should I take an AI with this trt? My symptoms are:

No libido
Chronic ED
Severe depression
Brain fog
Memory loss
Abdominal fat
Difficulty concentrating
Low energy
Loss of motivation
Loss of muscle mass
Low ejaculate
Shrunken testicles

If your Estrogen (Estradiol - E2) is high then you need an AI.

You need a "sensitive" (for males) E2 lab test to find out exactly where you are.

After starting an AI protocol you will then need to retest until you know how much AI you need to keep you in range......not too high, not too low.

i agree with Fred! i guarantee you you will need AI! blood test is the only way to help you find how much you need.
