feeling tired, lab work results in

hey guys, so i'm 29 yr old male. just got my testosterone serum levels back which were 485ng/dl. the PA said this was normal range but i feel tired, drained all the time, have low motivation and have been like this for the past 3 months or so. she did say my tsh was border line high (4.080) but my t3 (36), and t4 (9.1) were good. is that low test for a 29 year old?

Did you get free testosterone and estadiol tests too? If so post those. My total 5 was in your range and I had no energy, but my free T was low and my E2 was 4 (super low). Most of my symptoms came from low E2. And of course, in men we wait that not with birth control pills but with more T.
