I started working out and running about three years ago to loose weight. I had success in doing so but never was able to drop all the fat I wanted, especially above my hips and around my nipples. Fast forward two years, three marathons, and 50# later, still fighting that fat deposition and have developed fatigue, depression, ect. Physical two weeks ago and blood work came back with terrible t levels. 37 to be exact. So my Dr started me on t 200 biweekly
Due to my higher than desired body fat I am concerned about conversion. I am assuming I should look at trying to get on an inhibitor but would like the groups feedback on that as well as diet and exercise advice.
I lift in a four day split and run around 20 miles per week on average. That is tapering up as I am preparing for a half marathon in Las Vegas in De***ber and a full in Phoenix in January.
