How long before BW to Gel?

I have seen several posts here regarding how long to take Test before having blood work done. This usually applies
to those injecting Test and I have never seen anything for those who use the gel. I get my BW done tomorrow at 4:00pm,
so is there a best time to apply the gel? I always apply it first thing in the morning around 6.

Normal recommendation is to do your BW 24 hrs after application. That way you know what your trough level is. Same as the cyp guys who get their BW done one day prior to injection. Main thing is to be consistent when you get your BW done when it comes to applying the gel. Don't bounce around one time pre-app, another post-app. Otherwise your levels will be inconsistent and will not be a good guide for you or your doc to help you get stable.

Yea...I had some pretty wild levels when I was applying the morning of my bloodwork, depending on when that bloodwork was taken that day. Now I apply 24 hrs. before and skip applying the day of my bloodwork. My doctor was only interested in the when, when I was injecting test. cyp.

My appointment is at 4 today, so the closest I could get to 24 hours before was last night at around 7. Hopefully that will be enough time in between.
