I have gotten like no responses to my thread Noob F'd up PCT thread......

I need help, Estrodiol is 51.4 with low Total T, Low Free T of 9.62, and low DHEA 165......I need to lower my Estro fast to start feeling better and get some libido back.....what is best OTC AI I can get dilivered online fast or buy at a vitamin store like GNC or vitamin world?

I have read a bit about PES-ERASE and DS-Triazole are either of these companies and products fairly proven yet???

There are a couple things you can do naturally to reduce estrogen which I see work in my practice if levels are not too high. Try taking 100 mg of zinc daily (make sure it is chelated zinc or zinc citrate - not zinc oxide), increase cruciferous vegetables, especially in the first few days after injections when levels are higher (broccoli, cauliflower, kale), and add ground flax seed to smoothies or salads. flax seed and crucifers help with excretion of estrogen from gut and zinc can help decrease aromatization. If you levels are high though the other posts are correct, you'll need an RX.

I believe you can purchase liquidex without a script. It's anastrozole in liquid form.

thanks guys, i picked up some zinc going to do 50 mg in day and 50 mg at night for a few days, and looking into research with the other

I don't want to ruin my libido even worse.....damn reading Ara/liquidex and 6omo can cause problems

I am NOT on gear, so blocking with AI might not help? what gets rid of left over extra estrogen from a cycle months ago?
