Middle of Delaware - mail away TRT/HRT necessary?

I am 30 years old and have been into AAS for about 7 years. I worked the same job in another state for 9 years and knew they only did the 5 panel urine drug screen. That said, I got a new job in the middle of Delaware and have googled to death trying to find an HRT or TRT clinic within 100 miles. I'm not sure what type of drug screening the hospital I am soon to be working at does, so rather than risk it, I figure I'm at the age now where I can get it prescribed the right way.

A friend of mine told me there are mail away places, where I can locally get my blood work done, and have the results sent over to what ever facility and get a script that way. He can't find any info on that and neither can I. I'm just looking to get Test prescribed and Deca for my joints. Not sure if deca works differently for other people, but it has really helped me out over the last year and would like to continue it in my regimen. I read the rules about not asking for sources, but I do NOT want anything illegal, I want to legitimately get my blood work done and have it prescribed.

The only reason I was worried that this new job MAY test for AAS is because they do all their own tests in house, so I'm sure that makes these tests a lot cheaper.
