HCG intramuscular injections

My clinic says they want me to shoot my thighs instead of my glutes? I am scared to do this for I've never done injections there... I wanna shoot my glutes, is there any difference?

This is just for HCG ? If so most guys inj sub Q with an insulin pin or a allergy pin. Although it may be taken intramuscular. I think the half live is so short that sub Q probably is better.

I've done it once...injected HCG in my quads. Use a insulin pin...29 or 30 gauge and 1/2" pin length. Doing so doesn't bother me...I do B12 there and was doing my test. cyp. in my quads. As flatscat said...it is probably easier to do HCG sub-Q in any belly fat you have.

HCG sometimes gives me a reaction if I go subq. I just use the slin pin into the thigh. No biggie.

true intramuscular injections probably can not be accomplished with a slin pin most of the time IMHO, and that was the op's question

There's just no need to inject hCG IM unless of course you enjoy the pain.

Flats also makes a good point; insulin pins are not designed for IM injections.

Well the HCG will be for 2 weeks only and 1500 iu on 1cc. Every other day for 2 weeks. 7 injections total.

Just a note of caution: Anything over 500 iu per injection is a waste and you significantly increase the possibility for elevated E2 and progesterone levels...not discounting desensitizing your leydig cells.
