Yesterday i was at my sixth injection.
Last night i woke up in a major night sweat, my girlfriend was a bit mad because she got soaked a bit too hehehe. I remember that same feeling when i did my cycle couple years back i woke up at 3am in the night soaked and i felt like my heart was gonna pop out of my chest, OK that part did not happen last night i am on a therapeutic dosage not a cycle.
Since i spoke with my medical doctor this week i decided to change everything around in a major way, i spoke to him about my diet and how bad i was eating, about the low carb diet that i tried to do and about my not eating veggies and fruits.
My medical doctor told me that many people are sick and they don't even know it, some smoke, eat junk food, drink plenty of alcohol and has the body gets older all of these bad living habits will start to cause havoc in the body and health.
I admit being a sugar junky, i love it what can i say, i admit having a very bad diet and relying way to much on vitamins and minerals in the form of pills instead of getting all i need in my food.
My medical doctor told me that its all a big fat lie, this man will prescribe vitamins to boost the prolotherapy treatment and PRP like vitamin D and B but theses are temporary not long term, same has he did with my anemia first time around.
The decision to change my diet is simple, i am not feeling very good right now, my blood test came back normal my white blood cells and platel are in normal range, but i still have anemia. Well i would have to say border line because in 2006 i was 143 and now i am 139, when i had all the symptoms i was at 134.
I took some notes of what my medical doctor told me and decided to build my own diet upon them.
I am not knocking low carb diet, but its just not for me, has i said in the past, avoiding fruits and vegetables is not the way to go, i also got some very good energy when i eat oatmeal and whole wheat bread with natural peanut butter. Theses where my staple foods when i was young and training in the gym, after all with my TRT i can afford to eat like i did in theses years LOL.
I went to the WH foods website, everything is free the man that built the website is amazing, all the scientific studies for each posted foods are there too.

My medical doctor told me about unpasteurized raw honey, he said its one of the best energy source out there, he also eats plenty of fruits true out the day, he even does that when i am in is office, funny little man, the guy is 62 years old and still plays tennis, skiing and a lot more, he said that for TRT its best because it allows the older body to stay competitive and enjoy life a lot more. He drinks fruit juice, and he is very thin is blood work is near perfect.
Now i want to be like that at is age so i decided to stop screwing around and get to it NOW.
I am still working on my diet but have included frozen mixed berries on cup per day, V8 natural fruits juice 1 cup per day mixed with spiruline, V8 vegetable juice one cup per day mixed with turmeric, garlic and sea salt. Cooking food in coconut oil, broccoli, whole wheat 14 cereal bread making great sandwich eggs and low fat mayo, blackstrap molasses in the morning, cinnamon, and a few other foods like whole eggs, and meat and liver. I don't believe in throwing away the yolk its packed with so much nutrient.
I have noticed that i am allergic to whey protein in all its forms, even isolate makes me feel terrible, i am also allergic to dairy products but not eggs. This year i will start by eliminating one supplement after the other, until i have no pills left. I did not know that fructose was needed for the vitamins and mineral we take in to be absorbed correctly, my medical doctor told me that.
I will keep using glutamine to boost GH and a pre workout drink but for the rest i will go whole food.
When i get my plan straight i can post my complete diet on here and get some feedback.
Also in the morning i will take 10 drops of H202 hydrogen therapy 35% food grade with distilled water and apple cider vinegar to eliminate the bad taste, this is oxygen therapy and i read a lot of stuff on it.

Lets see how everything goes in 2012 and if i can start losing the 40 pounds i need to lose, my medical doctor told me that with the treatments that i am getting by this summer i will be where i want to be.
BTW the pains in the hands where caused by ligament laxity in the upper back and neck, i asked him the other day but testosterone is doing a great job now to eliminate the pain even is there is still laxity there.
