HCG how long is to long?

I am currently on trt, 150 test cyp per week, hcg 300iu 3x a week, arimidex .5 mg 3x a week. A good friend of mine who is also on trt said I should not be on hcg for longer than 3 weeks at a time because it would stop working. Any truth to this should I make any changes in my protocol? Thanks...

trust your doc, not your friend. hcg at that dose schedule is fine.

You got 79 posts here and should have enough knowledge to answer that question yourself by now pyramid.

Ask yourself; why would it just stop working under a normal protocol like yours?

Does it make any rational sense?

Have you ever seen even one post here or in the hCG sticky that indicates that it can happen?

So what do you think?

the idea of hCG is to keep the boys working and thus keeping them alive, if there is nothing for them to do then they simply go to sleep or die away! trust me, i know!

Thanks for the replies, I was fairly sure I was right and my friend was wrong but I am always learning and new info is comming out all the time. Just looking for a little reassurance from those that know trt better than I do.. Again thanks for the help.

I would ask your friend to justify his explanation to you. Seriously, why 3 weeks? As stated above, you have all the resources in this forum to set that one straight.

I have been on for over a year...no problems here. I have never heard anything like three weeks. Maybe your friend means at huge doses like they use after a cycle?
