    Standard AI dose

Guys what is the standard Dose of arimidex for 100mg weekly of testosterone cypionate ? I can't find it on the stickies and remember reading something like .5mg for every 100 mg test I think. Or what is the link to the sticky that talks about that?

It all depends on the individual. IMO, there is no one standard dose to covert to taking 100mg of cyp. For me, at 120mg/wk of cyp, I only take .5mg of Adex (.25 x 2/wk). Other guys might need 1mg, some guys might not need any.

Best to determine your E2 score up front, then decide if your protocol will consist of: A) Maintenance Dose, B) Increased E2 Dose or no Dose, C) Decreased E2 Dose.

If you are satisfied with where your E2 level is at, then I would probably start small with trying to find your maintenance dose; maybe .5mg/wk, then run labs in 4 to 6 weeks. Tweak it from there til you get dialed in. JMO

I don't recall if you'll find it in a sticky or not. The "Informal Rule" that seems to float around here is 1mg per week AI to 100mg T. I disagree with that. E2 is easy to crash (personal experience) and takes time to get back to normal levels. Obviously BW first but if an AI is used I would suggest starting with a low dose. .25 x 2 per week. Then check BW and adjust. Take a look at Aromasin also as an alternative to Adex.

in my experience e2 conversion seem to slow down after a while on TRT. not sure how log you been on TRT, but if you're new i suggest 0.5 mg AI per 50-60 mgs test then do blood work as suggested and adjust from there. if you been on TRT for at least 10 months them lowering the dose maybe advisable, like mentioned above 0.25 per 50-60 mgs test.

I'm on my 6th week of TRT. My E2 ultra sensitive reading before starting was 15pg/ml in a scale of 10-40. I was just kinda freaking out cause I thought I felt some nipple tenderness but remembered my girl bite me there. She likes to randomly bite me. Don't ask ha. Anyhow it's hard remembering that she does it and where usually shoulders and arms and it becomes so routine. I go in beginning of march to see how things are and will have to request the E2 again to see where it's at.

you are already low! so maybe start with 0.25 twice a week as KelKel suggested, maybe you don't even need it, but BW will determine that.

At six weeks I wouldn't take any, you're ready for blood work anyhow so go get that done and post up the results then we can see what needs done.

Knowing his level in the first post would have been a weeee bit helpful. But the advice still stands.

The right dose definitely varies from guy to guy. I'm on 200 mg/week of testosterone enanthate . I've found that 0.5 mg/day of anastrozole keeps my estrogen between the mid-point and the upper limit of normal for a man.

adenoma have you been on TRT long and tracking your E2 level with several tests? That's a huge amount of adex for a week and I'd be shocked if it doesn't continually lower your E level over time.

Are you taking an AI? You should wait till you next BW before starting.

Agreed, knowing this up front would have made a difference.

OP, see where you're at when you take labs, we'll have a better idea how your conversion rate looks, and will be able to comment better on your AI protocol.
