    Natural Diuretics? do they exist?

I find after my T-shot I hold water. It is quite obvious to me via the scale and also in my face; my face becomes round w/ that bloated look and the scale can be up by 5, 6, or even 7 lbs. However, if I up my Adex to a 1/2 the day following the shot I can usually avoid this. Right now I am taking .25 EOD and my E2 hovers around 25-28 w/ my last labs at 26. I like this number and do not want to be F'n with it too much by raising my doses. (I don’t drink soda or use table salt, I watch my potassium intake)

So, anyone using, have used or have information on the use of a diuretic? OR am I just being superficial?

Increased water really helps me with bloat. At least 2 gallons a day

If I don't drink about a gallon of water a day i put on a few pounds of water weight. This takes a few days but with me it happens. Also I'm not taking any AI's so just might be more sensitive.
