Well its hard to tell much, numbers look really high but this is two days after injection. I would have blood drawn the same day of your injection before you inject, that way you see what you are at your lowest.

What test is the "250 ng/mL"? If test-cyp then levels look fine for mid-time dosing.

Agree with ecdysone but am curious how long you've been on and if you know what your E2 levels were pre trt? The way I read post 1 is that your taking .5 adex three days in a row post injection. If correct, I'm concerned your E2 will continue to drop as it's happened to several members here recently on similar weekly doses. Is this a doctor recommended dosage? I'd bet you could get by with much less adex. IMO.

OP, it would appear that you probably have a really low SHBG number, which is the factor for the high free T. Personally, I think in the long run that you will be reaching for optimal if you can get that total score down. HRT is a marathon (with occasional sprints), so the trick is finding where the body will respond at a level that it can sustain for the long haul. If you can get it to where you take .5mg-to-1.0mg/wk of the AI, I personally think you will feel that much better. Obviously lowering your AI would be a result of less E2 conversion, which IMO would mean the body much more balanced and in a position of homeostasis.

Again, that's just my .02. You might go for awhile at the current protocol and make notes, then try a run with cutting your dosage down a bit, and possibly breaking it up 2x/wk. Granted, your labs were also taken pretty much when the test peak period hit, so it will balance out quite a bit more with breaking it up 2x/week. Just food for thought.

Ecdysone yes its test cyp. I tested around peak time just to see how high it was getting all of my other B/W is usually 5 days affter injection. Kelkel this is something I am going to do the clinic had me taking 1mg anastrazole 3x per week. I am going to switch to .5 mg 2x per week a day or 2 apart. I also do 250 iu of HCG on friday and saturday. Hrt I am feeling fine. Vetteman yes the shbg number has been low. I tested during the peak time to see peak test levels to check quality of the gear.

If you have recently made some changes to your AI protocol it is probably too early to recommend any changes, especially if you feel fine.

It sounds like you're on a typical Dr Crisler protocol with shot then 250 hcg on the 2 days before your shot. You're also on a good amount of T, 125mg. So I think things are looking pretty good for you. Check up on that estradiol 4 weeks after you changed your dosing.

Just keep on doing what you're doing I say.
