Starting to breakout

I have noticed I am starting to breakout again. Have not changed a thing on my protocol. Anybody have any ideas? Only thing I have changed is diet. Eating more protein(390grams), less carbs and fat(150grams and 50 grams). So just wondering what could be going on.

Sounds like it more E2 related . You taking a ai ?

Im no expert but from my experience its usually been E2 related

i agree with grumee, it could also be an allergic reaction to your high protein in take, are you drinking lots of protein shakes?

My AI dosage had not changed. I am taking in more shakes than I used to. All my protein is lean protein. Wonder if it could be that it's starting to warm up here in Texas. Really didn't have a winter.

If you wont move north then you need to learn to take a shower more than 1x a week on Sundays.

Yeah, the wife tends to gripe about that. That and wearing the same overalls through out the week. LOL!!!

No I did realize that I had ran out of some vitamins I was taking and that might have been the reason. I bought some this weekend. I had ran out of Vitamin D, Panothenic, and A. Went to Vitamin Shoppe this weekend and spent a butt load of money. Funny thing is I could have spent twice what I did.
