Thyroid lab result questions

Greetings everyone,

I'm 31, 5'9" 150 lbs. Still trying to piece together my jigsaw health puzzle. Main issue is fatigue throughout the day, particularly feeling like i've been hit by a train when i wake up in the morning (totally dehydrated, puffy under eyes, so tired). Also what feel like blood sugar episodes throughout the day, even though my glucose is really stable.

Below are my baseline levels for a variety of thyroid tests of mine by labcorp. While everything seems in range, I really don't know how to make heads or tales of this. Anything seem abnormal here? Would really appreciate any input.
