HCG question, 1 shot or 2

Dose: Not sure if this means 1 or 2 shots?

HCG = .50 units on 1 cc needle 4/5 days after T (1000 units)

Does this mean a shot on the 4th and 5th day or a shot on the 4th or 5th day?

Dr. Crislers HCG protocol calls for the following

Fri - 250 iu HCG
Sat - 250 iu HCG
Sun - Test shot

The reasoning is the half life of Test ~6 days. So he recommends taking a shot 2 days and the day prior to your test injection. He likes Fri, Sat, Sun because its easy to remember.

Or you can go every other day at a low dose of 250iu. More consistent levels this way IMO.

From what I have read HCG raises test levels for longer than just one day, so you are loading it up on that crisler protocol in one small stretch. Pretty sure doing it eod would be better if you are on frequent test injections. Like gdevine said more consistent.
