    Flushing from high Estadiol?

    Hi Guys,

Have any of you experienced Red skin, like a Sunburn, but not painful or hot from a very high Estradiol level? When I push my fingers into the skin, it leaves white marks for a couple seconds. I suspect High Estradiol because mine was at 217.5 last test, and I have been trying to get it down with Arimidex . It's getting better slowly. I've searched and searched for various raches but haven't come up with anything solid.

Have any of you experienced this, or heard/read about it?

My Dr. just blew it off, lame, I know....

Ahhh, these make sense because I remember now that last time I saw my VA Dr. they said my Hemoglobin was high (13-14). I believe that is the same as high red blood cell count. I tried giving blood two different places and was turned down for recent tattoos.
Is there any other way to lower hemoglobin or to give blood, other than draining over the toliet, lol

Recheck your hemoglobin leav numbers from the va. Greater than 18 is something to worry about. Only way to lower it is to decrease test dose or have someone u know in the medical field take some off once and a while.

Sorry to be thick in the head, but are you saying 13-14 is ok then? Does it tend to creep up if you continue test? I remember now the nurse said they usually stop test for a couple months if it gets too high (yeah right, Last thing I would want to do)... Also, so just decreasing dose will lower it?

13-14 would be on the lower end for a male so I would recheck numbers.

Ok, I get it. I know they said high, so O must be rembering the numbers wrong. I will recheck as u suggest. Im thinking it must have been 17-18 they said, from the info you gave.
    Thanks much!

Holy gyno Batman, 217 on the E2!!! I don't think I've seen anyone's score that high on this forum. Can you give us a quick summary on your protocol, especially the Arimidex part of it? Any noticeable symptoms (besides the red skin situation)?

shit my e2 goes up to 40 and i get panic attack, but 217?!!! damn!

OP, ask your doc to write a prescription to get your blood drawn and despised of. you need to do this on the regular bases, high hemoglobin for long period of time is very dangerous, you are looking at heart attach or stroke waiting to happen!

Go donate blood quickly. It'll go down for sure, and if you keep test levels in TRT range it'll balance out.

Ok, when I first started, I got very carried away. This was before finding this forum, and learning about the proper procedures. I was under the misguided impression that more=better (I pretty much use this as a guide for most things, like a dope). I got a 200mg shot from the VA Dr. and didn't feel anything. After a couple days, I used 400mg, then another 300 every 5 days for a while. When I started researching here, and realized what I was doing to myself, I got tested right away and as I posted on another thread, my levels were out of the ballpark.

    Total Testosterone : >1500 ng/dl 348 - 1197
    Free Testosterone >52.0 pg/ml 6.8 - 21.5
    Prolactin 33.0 ng/ml 4.0 - 15.2
    Estradiol 217.5 pg/ml 7.6 - 42.6

I asked my Dr. for arimidex , but he told me to use Chrysin. I started on that, and then finally found out where to get Arimidex. I used 2mg/Day of Arimidex and 20mg of Nolvadex for a week, then tapered down to 1mg twice a week after starting to feel crappy and having sore joints. Now, I'm on a much more behaved doseage of 150mg of Test split twice a week, and .5mg Arimidex twice a week.
I'm working on getting some other of the things suggested on here (HCG , DHEA,, etc). I am going to get a follow up bloodwork this week, I wanted to wait until things had a chance to settle down.
I never really had any symptoms of GYNO, but it killed the gains I had made during the 2nd week (great Libido, feeling great and Strong). I started getting increased Acne, and feeling very moody.
Hopefully I'm on the right track now, I'll post followup BW when I get it back.

I tried to donate at two different places, and got turned down both times. Once for my recent Tattoo and once for having an Implanted Defribilator. I guess I will have to try the prescription Phlemebotomy or however you spell it.....

Thanks for the help guys, really!! I'm getting it together, if slowly

You have not been paying attention. 295 my last cycle almost a year ago. I had no physical sides. No gyno, no itch nips, no red skin. I just knew my test level was not what it should be so I had it checked. Test was at 736 and it should have been 2x that at 500+ a week of Test and 300 tren .

Oh no, according to everyone on this forum that would be absolutely impossible and would require at least 5 mg AI each week!!

...and did I mention the multi thousand IU dose of HCG to go along with it?

Everyone is different and responds differently. There are a lot of people that would not have used an AI or gotten High E2 from what I used either. I also went years with LOW Test but I didnt have any ED issues.

    FYI Update:

I saw my Endo Dr. at the Sepulveda VA center yesterday. I rechecked my RBC and it was at 14.2 which is normal range. After our consult, I asked him about my red blotches on my skin. He went off to ask the Sr. Endo Dr. on duty and they came back, telling me that it is a symptom of low Testosterone . He said it was similar to what women go through at menopause......

What do you guys think? This sounds like a cop out answer to me? btw, I just took a whole new BW panel, so will post results on Monday or so.

Your new blood work will tell if you test is still low. Only that will tell and then you will also know for future how your body responds and if you have red blotches maybe your test is low or E is high.
