Ai dosing question..

I am on a modest dosage of cyp (200mg E5D)...I want to prevent any high estro problems.. I do have a new bottle of oral Letro, but i dont know what dosage to start with. Any advice? ....BTW I am getting blood work done very soon to check levels.

Modest???? I supppose How long have you been on?? Any existing BW to post? If you are getting checked very soon, you may just want to sit tight so you can see exactly where you are.

from what i've heard with letro is it will bring estro down very quick and its not a popular trt AI to say the least

what are you goals with your modest test dosing

Everything I have heard from the aas forum about letro says it will completely crush estrogen levels and to be extremely careful, hence I don't think it is even popular amongst them except for certain specific conditions.

I started letro when I first started TRT. I was doing 1/4 tab eod out of ignorance. 6 weeks into my first bw( 120mg cyp every five days) my estradiol level was 5. I decreased it to 1/4 tab every 5 days and my libido recovered after about 4 weeks. I felt like that dose was all right but do not have bw to back it up. It is very strong and if your going to use it I would start with a small dose and follow up bw in 4-6 weeks.

From what I’ve read about Letro, maximum inhibition of the aromatase enzyme has been found to happen at doses as low as 100mcgs. Letro also lasts quite a long time in your body and has a 2-4 day ½ life. You also need to take Letro for about 60 days to get a steady blood plasma level. Some guys love it but seems to me to be very hard to dial in without a lot of problems. I'll stick with arimidex.
