water weight
Hi all I am on my 5th week if trt.
.50mg cyp twice a week
.50 mg HCG twice a week
.5 mg AI twice a week
Before starting trt my body fat was pretty low. After trt I put on some nice mass but I notice my stomach is not as ripped as it was. Any suggestions for water weight?

already on an ai
drink lots of water and more cardio
5 weeks and nice mass already and unwanted sides that was fast

Thanks jpk. I am five weeks in w my new Dr. My estrogen was high so this Dr put me on AI. I was on trt for 5 months before that but revieving 300 mg of cyp every other week and no HCG .

Diet is pretty clean. I know they day cyp gives you water weight. Before starting trt I was pretty ripped in my abdominal area. It's not horrible now but it is not what it was.

I've put on 10lbs in 2 weeks. I am not sure what is going on. Diet is very clean. I'm lifting more than I ever have in my life, I hope it water weight.
I'm doing 1ml cyp .5 hcg and 1mg armidex
My gut look like I'm pregnant

Does the T hcg and armidex cause water retention? How do I get rid of the water weight?

I put on a ton of water weight as well when I started test cyp, even checked estrogen after it happened and was at 21. Seems like you retain water regardless, maybe if e2 is way high ai can reduce some of the water retention. And yeah I felt way bloated as well, stomach fat was much more guishy and weird feeling, soft.

Get off test cyp? I wonder, does androgel cause water weight gain too? I know people claim test proprionate doesn't cause as much water retention, but a bad choice for trt since it requires frequent injects.

That Is a lot of water. Are you still havin to drink that much water. I have Been doing creatin as well. Long before trt. I'm wondering if I should get off the creatin.

Creatiine makes me hold water and also can give me a bloated feeling. No need to get off of it, but u certainly could try a few weeks without it to see if some of the water weight goes away,

Just an update on the bloat. From Sunday (day of injection) to Tuesday I have tons of bloat. Wed morning the bloat starts coming down.
For example my waist shrunk an entire inch overnight.

lol, it sucks living with bloat. Probably going back on creatine myself, its weight gain never bothered me because it is mostly in the muscles, combined with my test and the weight gain from creatine I'm going to be hauling around an extra 15 lbs of water wtf, unless the creatine does a decent job of keeping bloat same and pulls it to a different place then i wouldn't care as much.

I would try taking your Creatiine within your workout period mixed with Bcaa. Limit alcohol content and decrease your carbs.

I used to do 4 day split for years and was probably overtraining. I just switched to an old style reg parks progressive 5 by 5. Bench, deads, rows one day them shoulder press, squat, and weighted Phillips the next workout. I go ababa, three times a week and fill in an extra day with some accesory work like calves, biceps and delts. Only last two sets in each exercise are heavy at around 85 percent max. I have been very happy with this workout with my bench gaining 35 pounds in the last six weeks. Going up 5 pounds each week. I have not changes diet or anything else.

Hopefully that made sense and didn't sound like rambling. Also watch sodium, I can put on 4 pounds overnight with really salty foods.

Nice. Very similar to what I am doing now too.
Core exercises
Workout A- Bench, Mil press, Squats, Dips
Workout B- Rows, Curls, Squats, Deads

It's a great workout without the time excess time in the gym. Back to bloat I think it's hard to be on test and not have some bloated look/feel. It's not like winny or anavar or mastering that have no estrogen if sides and your probably holding more intracellular glycogen which is going to give a smoother look. The ticket is to minimize other things as mentioned before which will contribute.

I make it a point to drink at least that each day; if you measure it out thru the day it is not really that much, 128ozs., thats the equivalent of 8 store bought bottles of water (16oz). Adds up fast, if it is accessible I drink it, for me that's the key making it available and not having to search for it.
