    How high are yours?

Mine started to creep up out of the high range, but donating blood seems to keeping it in check.

The only other option is to reduce your test dose or to stop altogether..

Unless you can't donate for whatever reason I would suggest donate.I just donated the 1st time about 3 weeks ago and I feel so much better plus my levels are way better!

Having the same issue but can't donate. Have to get a script to have whats called therapeutic phlebotomy they take a pint of blood and destroy it. This is the treatment for hemochromatosis(high hematocrit) and high RBC.

get a prescription from your doc, it should be covered by the insurance, you only pay copay. drink lots of watter, it'll help lower your levels a little, but donating is the only way you bring it down quickly.

Try seeing a hematologist. My RBC and hemocrit are borderline high as well. He already mentioned the possibility of therapeutic phlebotomy. He tested for hemochromatosis (negative) and mentioned the possibility of Polycythemia.

I am waiting for the results of my blood work this week (after 6 weeks of TRT) and he will decide what to do.

For hemochromatosis they do blood letting like 1x a week for a few months until your levels are normal then maintenance every few months for life from what I have read. You should go see a hematologist for proper advice and testing.

Right now the doc has me on 1 baby aspirin a day until next blood work.

Baby aspirin & fish oil daily. lower test dose if too high and give blood. You Have to find a way to give blood. Very important for guys with high RBC count on TRT. The point of TRT is for health reasons. High RBC for too long is unhealthy IMHO.
