Test level question

I been blasting and cruising for the last 2 years and usually cruise on 250-300 mgs a week and blast on 600-800 mgs a week. had blood work a few times and everything was always fine. Never ran to much adex because my levels were always fine etc

Now that I have decided to just cruise at a TRT dose I been trying to dial in my dose according to my blood test. I been cruising on 250 mgs and came off a blast of 600 mgs 4 weeks prior to blood work. ( I know I should have waited longer but my doctor ordered it and I had no choice)

My estradiol is elevated so I started taking adex to help lower it, it's at 53 and the reference range is 8-43 pg/ml

My main question is my total test is in the normal range 1019 reference range is 250-1100
but my free test is high 351.5 reference range is 35.0-155.0 ng/dl

Is it a big deal that my free test is double the normal range when my total is normal ?

And for the record I had blood test done prior to ever taking test and my total test was like 290 on a reference range of 284-1200. No free test because the doc I had said it was not needed. Put my self on TRT because the doc said my levels where normal etc. Had IBS and other problems that went away after going on test.

It looks like your SHBG is really low, 7.9nmol/L by my calculations ... I can relate, mine usually is pretty low as well. So, IMO, I do think that your testosterone is very high, and you will be fighting the sides (like E2) if it continues on that path. For long-term, the body is going to endure a lot of stress keeping it at those levels. The whole name of the game is achieving balance; both upstream and downstream from testosterone. Can't argue that you're feeling good, but I'm willing to bet that you will feel even better in time at 600 to 700 on total serum, based on your free Test score.

free t a lil over but double top end imo, dial back a lil...250mg ew is pretty high for long term
and about the ai ...from 53...careful...from what we've been seeing arimidex can bring that down pretty quick ..it would be nice to do blood a month on a set dose of your ai and adjust from there....dont wanna drop it too low either

Agree with the guys above. Your free T is where the bang for the buck is but when cruising you need to dial it back to more normal levels for numerous reasons. Serum doesn't really matter. For blasting and cruising as long as you have, I'm impressed with your overall BW. No doubt Vettes calculations are correct and that is definitely a low SHBG level. Wish I had one that low!

U sure the high e2 isn't just because of your recent blast. When you get test down to proper levels and give it some time you might not need ai at all. How was your libido doing on 250 mg? any problems associated with the estrogen? like could you tell before blood work it was high?

My libido was not the same the last 4-6 weeks and my blood pressure was rising along with holding water. I do believe its from the blast. I had blood work done last year when I was on 800 mgs a week and my estradiol was on the low side of the reference range like 9? I had taken ..5 mg of adex a few days before the blood work. I did take .25 mgs of adex 2 days ago and I already dropped a ton of water weight and my blood pressure has come down
