28 years old 296 test level
I just got my blood work back and it was at 296 about 2 years ago it was at 460. I have no sex drive and no motivation at all. I haven't cycled in almost a year wih propr pct and I don't plan on cycling ever again. My last option was going on TRT, but I'm almost out of options. My issue is def my age and that I want to be able to have children.
Problems with my gf are their since we have no sex life and i don't want to do anything anymore. I've also been lazy with going to the gym or doing cardio and now my bf is starting to rise a bit.
Can anyone help me. Not sure what to do From here. TRT? No trt? Don't want to affect having children but I def need my sex drive and motivation back.
Thank you

you can be on TRT and still have children. i suggest you read the stickies in this section especially about hCG and Finding Physicians by zip code. do you have a complete blood work? if so post all of it and show ranges as well.

Hello Tronics and welcome. You need to try everything else first before you start on TRT. First is finding a doctor willing to help and explore all of your options. It would help if you could post what bloodwork that you have along with ranges. It will help us determine if your primary or secondary hypogonadal which will help you figure out what path to take.
There are options to try first such as HCG and/or Nolvadex in attempt to boost your system to a normal level. Do not just jump into TRT without trying all options first. If your familiar with cycling then you probably have a basic understanding of how these work. Read this right from our site on Nolvadex: http://www.steroid.com/Nolvadex.php. HCG mimics LH production which stimulates the leydegs cells in the testies to produce testosterone . You could also look into Clomid: http://www.steroid.com/Clomid.php. It's a SERM like Nolva is.
All that said, you do have some options. Find a good doctor and get to the root of the problem before you jump onto the TRT bandwagon. Be patient.
Good luck and again, welcome.
What was your PCT after your cycle?

Good. Was hoping you did a normal pct. You still may respond to the above therapy. Definitely worth trying.

How many cycles have you done? And did you use just test? I would hit up the HCG /Nolva combo and see what it does. A lad on here was in the same boat as you trying to recover his natural levels. His doc put him on 1,000iu of HCG EOD and 20mg Nolva and after 3 rounds he got his test back up in range.

I've done 6 cycles and I've used several compounds not just test. I'm prone to gyno the nova should help when I'm on those doses of hcg I've never went over 500iu twice a week. Thanks

Be 100% honest with the docs. I have insurance luckily but even when being referred from my primary doctor (who put me on trt) to my endocronologist (who kept me on trt)...my medical records were lost in transition. Make sure docs have everything they need and keep copies of EVERYTHING. Good luck.
