Hey,

I was wondering if someone could give me some advice on natural HGH, I have done some research and have a few questions so apparently these factors play a role in releasing HGH

Deep sleep – supplements that enable this: 5htp, melatonin, Vitamin B complex, magnesium
Fasting – Lean gains diet
Niacin – Vitamin B3
Vigorous exercise – weights
L-Argine – from whey, tuna, cottage cheese etc

And could someone clear up what the role of the below two do … I don't quite understand.

Hypoglycaemia – low blood sugar … does this mean the abscense of carbs ?
Gherlin – I cant grasp a concept around how ‘hungry hormone’ creates HGH response if someone could explain that

So does that mean if you have absence of carbs and you are hungry that your GH is elevated?


Can anyone suggest a good supplement to take with all the above for a female..

I am stuck at around 16-17 % b/f not much change in a few months which is disappointing considering I do cardio and weights. My diet is pretty good, could improve it but I don’t eat junk food just a calorie surplus once a week from wholesome food.

I tend to carry fat around my hips, thighs and lower abdominal region… I want this gone
