    HCG Testing

    Hi guys,

Not sure where to ask this, as I didn't see a forum for HCG. Since this is where I mostly hang, I'll ask it here. When you use a pregnancy test like EPT, does the faintness/darkness of the plus sign mean anything? Mine tested with a plus sign, but I could barley make it out. Just wondered if that is an indication of strength?

    Thanks!

Are you testing yourself after an HCG injection?

If so, I would be surprised to see a true positive indication on a home pregnancy kit with anything less than a 1000IU + injection.

No, you just cover the test strip with the reconstituted hcg. I used quite a bit, about 2,500iu. As I said, it did show positive, just very faintly.

Yeah, the nutometer works for me too! My 'boys' have actually plumped up from where they were 6 months ago. I have the Wife check frequently.......
