    Sleep Apnea

I know sleep apnea can be a problem with exogenous testosterone . Has anyone else experienced this with their TRT? What did you do about it? I've decreased my dosage from 200mg/week to 140mg/week. I'm still having trouble sleeping. Lack of sleep has negated all the benefits of my TRT therapy. Very frustrating. I'm thinking of lowering my dose again, but I don't want to lose the physical gains I've made.

The apnea is bringing fatigue and depression back into my life.

i got sleep apnea when i was taking too much and when i was blasting, since i split my dose to twice a week and now eod the apnea problem has disappeared. even when you inject 140 ew you could spike at 1500 on your total and perhaps double your free T, but doing it eod my levels are very consistent and easier to maintain it.

Thanks Bass. I've seen the problem of Sleep Apnea discussed here, but never heard of a successful resolution outside of the usual CPAP response. I'll try the twice a week injection schedule.

My 140/week is divided into 100mg e5d. Still not helping.

Anybody else have success lowering their dose or changing their schedule?

I had the same issue on 200mg a week, and splitting the dose didn't help. 150mg a week split seems to be the sweet spot for me. I'll go up to 200mg for a few weeks every now and then but I have a cpap. I'll check the numbers on my cpap and see if I'm having more events. If so, I just back the dose down again.
I wish I could stay at 200mg a week cause I feel great there... Good luck

TesT C helped my apnea, but it might be from the loss of abdominal fat as extra weight worsens apnea.
