Is my dr right?

I took a prohormone and when I got bloodwork my test levels were low (110) after a second test from an endocrinologist about a week later they raised up 50 but were still low I was prescribed testim and was told it would bring my natural up back to par for my age (22) but I looked up testim and it looks like it is a permanent hrt, now I recently took clomid and my
Levels were (847) 3 days after a month of 100/mg a day of clomid my question is if I just do a cycle of this testim will I see any good benefits and would I be able to use hcg/clomid to recover natural? And how damaging is this testim it has a 1% absorption rate applied 2 tubes once a day

My dr says when I'm ready to have kids my dormant system will be able to be brought back if I did testim straight every month for a few years is this true? It just doesn't seem like he knows a lot about this

your doctor was a misguided fool and absolutely wrong.

if you take testim - that is testosterone - you will prevent your natural testosterone levels from fully recovering. you are correct in that it is a common treatment for testosterone repla***ent. drop that doctor.

and yes, you can regain testicular function after being on trt. but if you don't want to be on trt and don't need it, then don't do it. total waste.

I'd probably stop the prohormones too because most of those are pure shit also lol... but that's really your call.

Ya I'm no fan of prohormones after that it was my first and last cycle of one but should I cycle the testim if I can get it to absorb about 20% (20)mg a day that's like 140mg of test right? Would it be worth it would I honestly have good gains or could I just get those or even better gains off hcg and clomid

I told him I wanted to run a hcg/clomid cycle after every 2 months of testim and he kept trying to argue saying that the testim will only make my natural dormant and if I wanted kids later on I would work to get on clomid and hcg, I just honestly don't think he has enough knowledge of the steroid world to understand how things work or he's just getting paid to put people on trt

so is the clomid prescribed from the same doctor?

The clomid was ordered online but he said when I am ready to have kids he would give me clomid and hcg, I tried to let him give it to me every 2 months to run it for a Month and he said jr would do every 6 months but I don't want to be on testosterone for 6 months before trying to bring back HTPA

I guess basically Wouk it be ok to run 2 tubes a day of testim i figure of I clean my shoulders every morning and wipe them down with alcohol so there dry I've heard of people claiming 20% absorption from them so if I take 2 a day that's 20 mg a day of test, would I be able to add anything like winny? Or would that not work

sounds like your still in the "cycle" mindset

and using compounds like winny, etc. testim i guess could be a base in any cycle but its gonna be a low dose test but either way when you talk cycle you should really post in the aas/cycle forum

there you will be asked stats, goals, diet, previous aas/ph use as well...even pct knowledge/readiness

this forum leans more towards good health/longevity than mass/bb'ing/growth

seeing that you responded well to clomid you arent ready for hrt and you should always be pct minded to stay that way

It doesn't really sound like the doctor is to blame here. And would be hard for him to really help you considering you want to do a bunch of other stuff.

I'm not trying to blame him as I am sure he helps older people who have this problem of low test, I just don't understand why he wouldn't want to try to start me on natural test boosters such as clomid or hcg, his excuse was those aren't proven to be safe long term which leads me to think he may be getting more money if he is able to keep me on trt and see me once a month, does this make sense

ok, now this makes it sound like he's right and you don't have a clue... lol

but yes testim WILL shut you down. if you want to abuse steroids for muscle growth then I promise you you will find better advice on another forum. this particular forum is for lifelong personal well-being and health first and foremost.
