I know we're not suppose to ask prices, but I'm not actually asking for a price on a aas. On average what do some of you spend on trt a year? Was just curious about that.

I think it sort of depends on if you have insurance drug coverage. My gel, for example, is about a co-pay of $260 per year, which is far below the actual price of the gel. If you didn't have drug insurance coverage, typical test. cyp. dosages would be maybe $400/yr. on a guess. That doesn't include other things that may be needed like an AI or hCG.
I will say that up to a point, it is worth every penny to feel better again. That point probably differs depending on your circumstances. I'd not go the clinic route at this point, for example, as I have drug coverage, but clinics aare usually pretty aggressive about tuning you up to feel better.
if you go through a clinic which means everything out of pocket (worse case scenario) is about $2500 per year,
1. 4 vials test
2. 10 vials 5000 iu hCG
3. 1 mg AI ew, total of 52 per year
4. follow up blood work
5. syringes
there is an initial charge for first time blood work and doctor fees that can be about $1000, but after that you're looking at about $2500 a year.
This is close to what I do. I had $495 up front for Crisler's services. I will have about $560 for followup VOV's. The drugs above are covered by my insurance. I will be $160 in meds for the entire year, which seems crazy low. My bloodwork at Labcorp, with insurance, is $134 a go, and I will have about 8 lab works by years end. So around $2200. Once its dialed in I will go back to a couple VOV's for $70 each, and the $160 for the drugs, and maybe $250 for labs, so around $500 total.
I would gladly pay a lot more to feel this much better.
3 vials test 200mg/ml 10 ml
1 bottle ldex
52 needles 25g 1 ml
~$250 a year
Only thing covered by my insurance is the needles.
haven't even been on a year yet, but since going to injections I have a 10$ copay, this will last me months.
also, I started anastrozole which is 10 copay, but I might not be on it much longer.
needles were dirt cheap and I got 100 so the price is negligible.
all in all, on injections I am looking at easily under 100$ a year. now the cost of insurance is a whole other story...
mines under 3 bills no insurance all cash
just test and a'dex and pins
All in , after hitting my deductible ... Bout 900 .00 . And it's worth every cent !
60 bucks with insurance....340 without
I pay zero if my prescription plan mails it to me, and they give about a 4 month supply at one time. If I pick it up myself co-pay is $3. Anything compounded I pay for and then get reimbursed.
They were advertising a new androgel on TV for about $60 a month. I don't mess with the androgels, but if that seems like your route, it can be economical.
