A blood test with low values on the total testosterone serum and free & bio testosterone is where it starts.

The majority of the time I feel my sex drive is low! I tried Tribulus, Vitamin C, Macca, etc... Seems nothing really works that well.
What do you guys suggest I should do, or where do I start?

supplements are crap and waste of money. you need to do a full male hormone panel to see where everything is. read KelKel's sticky in this forum "Finding a Physician by Zip Code" to learn what blood work you need. once you get a copy of the results post everything here with ranges so we can guide you to the next step. we will have more question later after you post your blood work.

hmmmmm!!!! did you read what's been posted already? TRT is for life, its not aspirin to take for occasional headaches. get on a real computer and read the stickies and get a real understanding how TRT works. we already made suggestions as to what blood work you need.

Also TRT isn't an end all cure all. But it should help you feel better, but on the flip side you will always have to take weekly shots if applicable. You will also have to have your blood checked regularly because adding Testosterone to your body can cause other issues like your red blood cells to over multiply thickening your blood too much. So you will have to donate blood every three or so months and possibly take an aspirin a day to keep your blood thinned out enough to keep you healthy. This is something I didn't know until recently. Even doing a cycle can cause your blood to go all thick on you as well. Again I was in the dark on this one. Not because they didn't tell me, but because I failed to read enough about doing a cycle. Fortunately for me my blood is fine but a friend of mine who is on TRT had blood so thick that it clotted in the transfer tube at the donating station and he had to come back at a later date to donate his blood. They told him he could die at any moment. scared the whack out of him. Now he pays way more attention to what his doc and people around him says about doing TRT and or cycling. Not trying to scare you just keep informed and follow what the doc says to do and when to do it and you should be GTG.
