    Diet and Training on TRT

Does anything change with diet and training now that I am on TRT?
EG: Consumption of fats used for normal hormonal function. As i am getting T from an outside source does this mean i can lower fat intake and bring in less calories when on cutting diet?
Also does High intensity interval training still have hormonal benefits for fat loss, or will steady state will adequate now as my hormonal control is from an outside source?
I have studied biochemistry of metabolism so i have a good idea of energy expenditure and macronutrient digestion, but now that im on TRT i have no idea if the rules change.
Any tips and tricks to optimise training and diet?

For practical purposes nothing really should change unless it relates to your natural testosterone levels . All your other hormones that regular muscle anabolism and catabolism are still at work. You should notice better recovery though if you were hypogonadal before.

Well i had total T levels of below 7nmol/L and Im 21. Its strange because i was quite muscular when i had low T. About 175lb and 11% BF.
My diet and training were perfect but. I hope to achieve good results now on TRT as fitness and training is my life

Personally, the physical improvements were the most notable "side effect" for me. Haven't quite been on for a year but all in all TRT has been less than impressive for me. Lot of heartache and wasted effort... but I definitely have put on muscle although I started working out more as well. I primarily went on TRT for well-being increases.

I agree with you Hrt...So far for me it's been a big letdown... I was wanting the energy and sense of well being you are talking about....I think alot of people are way to quick to jump on trt before exhausting all options....
