You have to be able to pay to play.

    What do you suggest?

That's the problem, it shouldn't cost so much to get a good trt protocol.

"cost so much" is a relative concept.

$50 for a 10ml vial of cyp. this should last a few months
plus a doctor office vist fee
plus the cost of the blood test
    plus the other optional items:
    hcg
    ai

unless you can find a benefactor, you'll have to figure out a way to pay. Else you will have to do like the rest of the population and forego until you can afford.

    The problem is this.
    You are very young.
This is NOT a life threatening condition.

I was very cash strapped when i was your age also. Welcome to the club!

Save some cash for TRT. Or don't get it.....initial costs will be higher but long term should be cheaper if you try to keep costs down. My advise is to just save up the cash or work more....$300 for most is wasted on many things like beer, gambling, etc....not saying this is you though. But if you really can't afford it right now, find a way to in the future. Another part time job? Loan? (Don't get a loan you can't afford to pay back).

You could also look into private labs for bloodwork to see if you really need TRT without a doctor visit.

Still would be nice if alot of regular doctors were more versed in trt , then most would be covered by insurance.

I started trt thinking it was gonna fix everything, so far it's just caused more problems.

If you cant afford the best then just find a decent doctor thats willing to work with you, print out dr cryslers notes and bounce back the advice from the vets here to your doc, sucks you guys have to pay for bw.

These words are wise and true!!

I am also a Kaiser member, who would have just preferred to keep within their network. I pay thousands out of pocket per year that would be simple $10 & $25 copay's with Kaiser if it could just be done there. In fact, my wife is in the same boat, so don't feel Kaiser is only oblivious with men on this stuff. It's no big deal for us, but I guess I'd be wigging on the costs if this were going on when I was younger.
