Differences between 5a-DHT and 5b-DHT??
Could one please advise what 5a-dht and 5b-dht is responsible for??

I found this hormone panel on some guy who had adrenal fatigue. He has low 5a-DHT and 5b-DHT, does this information insinuate adrenal fatigue can cause low DHT hormones? IF so the supplement industry is very paradoxical.
E.g. Preworkouts > adrenal fatigue > causing low-normal t, low-DHT levels.

With low-DHT levels, one will not be able to maintain a lean body and persistently have limp dick syndrome/low libido.
