There are plenty of people here better educated to answer you, but i'm just curious - why didn't you just tell him you want another kid? I mean, is that what he's basing his decision on - the fact that you have enough kids? Tell him you DO care about your nuts shrinking.
I guess i'm not fully understanding why he won't prescribe you HCG .

yeah read the stickies, there are other good reasons to be on it. As for the nuts shrinking, mine started to shrink like crazy and I could run around and they would get pinched between my legs and it didn't matter, didn't bother me, that was about the only benefit of small nuts, now that I have my hcg up to a dose that is working for me I could care less I love my nuts being proper size, big and full feeling. If anything that alone makes me feel better about myself. But otherwise I noticed a change shortly after I started it in how I feel and libido. But now I don't know how much it helps mood and such, but overall I'm doing good so it's worth it to keep doing what I'm doing.

A fair question would be, why do you want HCG?
But perhaps the real answer to why you may or may not want HCG is because for some it improves subjective well being, but for others it makes it worse. It is not like testosterone where there is an overwhelming chance that testosterone will have a positive impact. HCG is maybe 50-50.
In theory, HCG would help "backfill" the pathways, which sounds good but we don't really know if it is good. Like many things in medicine, we don't have clear answers so it comes down to the patient and physician decisions on what to do.
