New Bloodwork results
Any thoughts? I started 35mg's of Test, 250IU of HCG , and .25mgs of L-dex twice per week for the last 3 months. Is the E2 too low? Any concerns with PSA going from .9 to 1.4 in the last 3 months?

35mg on Sunday and Wednesday...so 70mg's per week. Still a low dose, but the numbers sure look good, don't they!?

I'm still learning about E2 levels. Started my TRT 4 months ago at a T level of 141. Now it's 450. What was yours at start? I'm on 100mg of test C a week.

I was 433. My DHT was 15, so technically I was LOW on that front. I inject subq 2x per week. Not sure if that helps get the number up or not.

Honestly, these panels look good. I've like to have seen more like Thyroid and the such; but what you presented is solid.
PSA can increase for any number of reasons, like having and orgasm 48 hours prior to the pull, so don't fret about it as it is fine.

Main question is how do you feel at those levels? How's your libido? LEF foundation recomments an E2 of between 20-30. Read this:
http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag2012/...ey=june%202012. To further what GD said regarding PSA, TRT in and of itself can elevate your PSA a bit.
Begin supplementing with vit D3 as it will improve your free T by reducing your SHBG.

those numbers are solid, just keep an eye on your psa. liked to see more tests like GD noted. how about blood count panel? like to see rbc and hemoglobin, if high just simply donate blood as often as they allow.

Your numbers look good.
At this point I would ask how are you feeling compared to before you were on HRT?
Also, while the e2 is on the lower end of that test, I am not overly concerned with it. I would be more interested in how that is manifesting... for me e2 is strongly linked with erection quality REGARDLESS of high or low testosterone . If my erections were great with e2 of 13 then I would say I'm where I need to be.
If I had my bones examined or was told I have weak, brittle bones then I would want a higher E2 though.

Thanks all. CBC was run and everything checked out. Hematocrit was several points below the high mark, so still some room to go even on that front. Everything else was within range. Nothign too high, nor low.
Libido is VERY good! So that might explain the PSA...I guarantee there hasnt been 48 hours in between sessions in the last 3 months!
Erection quality is just ok. I would like to see some improvement here. I am going to drop the l-dex for a while and see what happens. At only 400iu of HCG per week and 70mg's of T per week, hell, it may not even be necessary.
Thanks again!

Great idea. I would think you stand a good chance of going without which would be awesome! I don't need it on my protocol and I'm thankful for it!
