info on AI
ok, I had posted a thread about a week or so ago talking about how my doc wont prescribe the HCG and/or AI and I got some answers. (great) Now, in the past couple of days I have noticed that im getting a bit sore around the nipple area...and i felt around and YUP I could feel a lump on both sides. Now, mind you, I have had a minor case of (what I think is) gyno since i was about 14 or so...nothing serious and no soreness but there was definitely a small bump under the skin. Im sure this means that I could be more susceptible to gyno issues, and Im sure thats whats happening. I just hit ar-r and ordered some liquidex. my question is...WILL this subside and go away? or will it just stop where it is and not get any bigger/worse? or go back to how it was before. Will it take long? I've been on the Testim gel for about 2 months now and I have JUST noticed this within the past...4-5 days or so, so its been growing on me this whole time...does that mean that its too late, or I noticed it when it started being an issue so i caught it in time? I'm sorry for all the questions, just a bit freaked out...my doctor told me to go get a mamogram to rule out breast cancer....yeah that made me feel good. he couldnt have gone ANYWHERE else first, he had to go RIGHT to the big C word? i dont know, its really hard to put trust in any doctors now. but at least I have somewhere where i can get some good opinions in a timely manor. and I thank ALL of you who lend your knowledge out so freely. thank you. damn that was kinda long

First you need to find out what your Estrogen level is via a sensitive assay. Have you ever had a sensitive assay done? If not it's an indicator your doc is clueless. The liquidex will help to control your E from rising depending on dosage. But once again, how do you know how much to take if you don't know your current level? Several tests may be needed to dial in your E level if you take an AI. Nolvadex , a SERM, will block receptors in the breast but will not stop E from rising. Read this on Nolva and gyno: http://jcem.endojournals.org/content/96/1/15.full
Will it subside and go away? If it's newer, fresher and not fibrous (read-old) then there's a good chance if you get a handle on things it can more than likely be eliminated, but you will probably need some chemical assistance. A mamogram is ridiculous IMO unless there's other evidence the doc is not mentioning.
One of our vets here (Razor) just successfully eliminated his gyno using a combination of Nolva and Andractim DHT Gel. See link: http://www.dhtcream.com/ and also search up his thread from the past week or so where he goes into detail about his methodology and treatment options. Titled All you need to know about Gyno, or something similar.
Good luck with this!

Kel, thank you man. big help. one more question though, since I did have a small lump under both sides since i was in my early teens and had sort of puffy nipples, would it help that issue or because I've had it for so long it might just help the new symptoms like the soreness and any NEW growth in the lumps? thanks again for the reading material

and also...breast cancer...? i mean i was on the phone with this guy for a matter of 3-4 minutes and I have never met him in my life, and he just tells me "oh you have lumps?! you'll want to get a mamogram and a biopsy done to make sure its not breast cancer...you know, believe it or not, males CAN get breast cancer." Yeah thanks bud, nice to meet you. Does he have a point though...even though his delivery was less than sub-par?
