How does one run TRT vs. a steroid cycle?

I don't need this yet, but for when I get older, how does one typically administer TRT vs. a steroid cycle? If you only supplement enough to keep you at normal healthy levels (not normal 50 year old levels) do you still need to run an AI along with it, or does it only aromatise at high levels? There's no PCT, since you never go off it, so does that mean once you start, you can never come off it, or you'll be totally suppressed? Why do they administer shots every two weeks when testosterone half life is way shorter than that, even if long estered? Wouldn't you want lower dosages more often to keep your levels steadier? What is a typical TRT dosage? What if you were to raise the typical dosage to be higher than normal, but less than a normal cycle like at 200 or 300 mg test per week? Would that do damage long term? Thanks.

    So many q.s....

Some people need an AI on TRT if they get to much E2, but it depends on the person and dose.

And yes TRT is for life

Depends on your doc, yes pinning once a week is better then every 2 weeks.

    Typical dose 50-250mg per wk

If you were to raise your dose higher? Well if its to high you may experience problems like high cholesterol, RBC etc

    Stevey about summed it up!

Coming off depends on what put you on TRT in the first place and whether it's even possible for you to have normal levels. Obviously a re-start would have to be attempted. But, if your on TRT because it's needed, then coming off would not be a consideration IMO.

Any doc that prescribed every other week injections is a retard and the patient should probably move on.....
