    Questions on HGH

Assuming cost is not an issue (and I am not saying that is the case) at what IGF-1 level do people consider supplementing with HGH to increase muscle mass. I have read that at any IGF-1 level less than 360, people can benefit from supplementing (not sure I beleive that). What is type of HGH is generally preferred? Do you have to worry about shutting down your own HGH production? Can anyone recommend a good thread to learn more? Thanks.

If your goal is to simply increase muscle mass then it probably does not matter what your starting IGF1 is... because extra GH will improve muscle mass. But there is a lot more to quality of life, well being and health than muscle mass.

HRT, thanks for the response. I had read you should supp up to a level of around 360 so if you in the mid 200s I don't think there would be as much impact as if in the mid 100s. In regard other quality of life factors, other than not having a new Ferrari, I am not too bad.
