    Latest blood work...Ned some advice

The doc called today with my latest results.Test 965 up from 805 with no dose change (high range 890).E 62 down from 67 (high range 42.6).PSA good.Hemaglobin good. She is going to give me an AI and she also wants me to drop the dose to get in a normal range.I feel like a million bucks right where I am.Also I feel doing 2 variables at once is wrong.Should I get the AI and get my E in range first or get my T in range first and then dial in the AI?If I'm not mistaken if I am on an AI at the same T dose would my level go up more because of less conversion? The only thing I can think of that raised my T level is I have been using zinc and D.My D level was 57 I think she said up from 29 (high range 100).Any thoughts on that?I am currently using 50mgs of test every 3.5 days.I want to inflate this number a little so I have extra test on hand for a future blast.Would I just increase my dose of test cyp for a blast or am I misinformed?

    Hi Old H.

Was your BW pulled at basically the same time (relative to injection) as the prior one? Go slow with the AI as you well know and get frequent testing to dial it and your T in. T levels can fluctuate due to physiology as well, not just dosage administration. In your doc's mind doing one at a time is just delaying lowering your serum T. I don't think you'll feel the difference if adjusted down at the same time the AI is added. It may basically just equal out and yes, adding only the AI would increase your T level.

Develope a trust with your doc. Request he leave the level where it is even though you will do a slightly lower dose. Explain that you don't want to be micromanaged by your pharmacy and have issues down the road. You are correct on a blast. Increasing the test or adding a second compound can be done. BUT, before you even consider that you need to get dialed in and stable for a while so you learn exactly what effects you. Increasing your T dosage, etc, also means you have to consider estrogen issues once again also. A lot to think about.

Elevating your D level will raise your Free T by lowering your shbg. Was free tested?

I don't have a copy of the report yet so I don't know about free test. She called me with the results today.Doing one variable was my idea.I thought it was the right way to go.My blood was drawn on sunday at about noon.My last injection was thursday morning and I was scheduled to inject again sunday evening. She is still learning about TRT with my help.I have given her papers to read and she confered with another doc friend of hers about the AI and finally agreed to give it to me.So far she has worked with me.I am currently on 50mgs twice a week.So with the AI where would you suggest I drop my test dose to?I plan to start with .25mgs of the AI 24 hours after each injection and do BW in a month.Sound about right?I was going to tell her I am on 70mgs twice a week instead of 50 so I can build up a reserve for a blast down the road.So if she lowers me to 60 I should have a little left for a blast since I will probably in reality only using 40mgs twice a week.Any suggestions ar welcome.

Its probably not a bad idea to drop the dose when you add in the AI. The AI will stop some of the testosterone from converting, so things will sort of balance. And a level of 965 is pretty much as high as you really want to go, especially if that is a trough reading.

You would probably have the same levels with 40mg twice a week with .25 AI 12 hours after injection's. Of course you won't know until you some some trial. Glad you are feeling good

Thanks guys.It was a trough reading.I was thinking of going to 40 mg myself as a good starting point. As for the blast how much would I use for that and for how long?I have read like 6 weeks.I know I need to get dialed in for my regular protocol first so the blast will be down the road.
BP 12 hours?I have read 24 hours. Can anyone verify which is correct?
