Start worrying when you have consistently high numbers, one reading means nothing.Quote:

Yes, check for rbc, hemoglobin and hematocrit. You can lower them by donating blood on the regular basis. Giving blood should be part of TRT. 63 bpm is a perfect number, bp you need to check it in the morning, bp usually gets high toward the end of the day.Quote:
