Opinions on IM injection pens

I've seen a lot of sub cutaneous injection pens, not so much for IM. But they do seems to exist. Anyone use or have an opinion about IM injection pens?

Injection pens are best used for HCG SQ not Testosterone IM as the ester is too thick for the pen to be effective.

Injecting into a large fat pad is easy and painless so a injection pen, while cheap, isn't really necessary.

For guy who uses Trimix for ED it's a Godsend
