Just like the title says. A local compounding pharmacist prescribes a cream. Good? Bad?

Dr. John Crisler, some who would consider one of the best pioneers in hormone replacement for men considers daily transdermal gel and 100 iu of HCG his best protocol for men...so yes it can be a very good protocol.
However, like all things, we're all different, so only good observation and blood work will tell you the truth.
the only reason I wouldn't want to use an AI cream is because I generally don't like rubbing on creams daily.
however, it should work fine. I do not believe there is going to be any benefit of a transdermal over an oral AI though. maybe less p450 enzyme upregulation in the liver, but that's a total guess. anastrozole is pretty safe to the liver.
