AI compounded cream effective?

Just like the title says. A local compounding pharmacist prescribes a cream. Good? Bad?

However, like all things, we're all different, so only good observation and blood work will tell you the truth.

the only reason I wouldn't want to use an AI cream is because I generally don't like rubbing on creams daily.

however, it should work fine. I do not believe there is going to be any benefit of a transdermal over an oral AI though. maybe less p450 enzyme upregulation in the liver, but that's a total guess. anastrozole is pretty safe to the liver.
