IGF-1 LR3 as Hormone Replacement Therapy

Hi, was wondering if you can use IGF-1 LR3 as hormone replacement therapy...not even for replacement therapy but just to cut fat and look and feel better....Is this possible at low doeses....how much should you dose....can you use long term....how long...is it safe...THnaks for any help..
