Fortesta Dosing?

My doc started me on 2 pumps a day of Fortesta for a total of 20mg(10 per pump). Is this going to make a noticeable difference?(Manufacturers starting dose is 4 pumps). Been using Fortesta for 3 days and don't notice anything and still feel like shit.

My mood seems a bit more stable and consistent but only marginally. Still have really low energy & fatigue.

I apply directly to my thigh (inner and front) and use the tip of my finger to distribute. Starting from the center of the application area i use the tip of my finger to move out in a circular motion.

Did you watch Dr. Crisler's video on applying gels? He says to use the forearm for better absorption and using your hands wastes product.
