    Thank you

I would just like to take a minute to thank the board and members for replies and advice. I initially joined to learn about cycling however I quickly learned about trt and that it might be the answer to many symptoms I was having sleeplessness, depression, lack of libido, erectile issues, hopelessness depression and reduced cognitive abilities. My initial free test was on the lower end 475-500 which isn't rock bottom but at 35 its low and previously being in great shape and having tons of energy etc something had changed in my life. It has made a profound impact on my life as a whole. Even with the latest blood work showing elevated e2 which I am addressing I feel unbelievable. My current protocol is 75 mg of test c twice a week, 250 iu's of hcg twice a week, 50 mg of pregnenolone, dhea, and zinc citrate daily, 10.000 v d3,daily and 2000 mg fish oil daily. Also my multi and zma at night and ai starting next week.

I wish we had a sticky for success stories. Maybe that could hold me over til I get my TRT started. I'm hoping for a big change, as I need it. But being a otherwise healthy 31 yo with only 180 T I think I should see big improvement when it happens.

    Grats on your health!

    Congratulations on feeling better!

The "before" is brutal but the "after" is awesome.

Glad to hear you are doing well. That's the ultimate right there!

If you don't mind sharing, can you tell us who your doc is? You seem to be on quite a robust, well rounded protocol.
