    Will HCG work for me?

So I finally got my lab results and it turned out my GP didn't test anything but total test...... I was expecting more. Anyway before he had me on 200mg test cyp once a month (I know horrible) and I had pain in the testes. Not sure if they had shrunk but there was definitely throbbing pain associated with it. I don't have lh or fsh numbers to look at but is this a sign that my testes were working and HCG would benefit me? My overall T score was 180 and I'm a 31 yo.

I have read where if you have a certain type (not sure if primary or secondary) then HCG will not help you, but I'm hoping that's not the case for me so I can avoid the testes pain when I start with the clinic opening in Feb.

    Thanks in advance.

Hi SD. Serious full BW is your best path forward right now. A GP who only did such limited tests and prescribed TRT with that ridiculous protocol does not know what he is doing. You need to find another one asap. Your T level should be much higher at your age. There's a reason for it and proper BW is the way to zone in on it. Wouldn't it be nice to find the cause, correct it and be naturally at good levels?

Try and get copies of your BW and post them up so we can help. Regarding HCG not helping your referring to being primary hypogonadal, meaning testicular failure.
