Looking at the BW immediately above I agree. Stop the adex. That by itself will increase your Test level so use caution bumping up your test at the same time. You won't know exactly what is doing what when you make multiple changes at once. Re vit D I'd take 5K IU daily at a minimum, possibly more and retest it in a month along with everything else.

IGF-1 looks great...no HGH for you pal

E2 is tanked as noted and why you feel like you do. Stop the adex and it will rebound.

    Thyroid is fine as well.

Are you having and ED issues?

Once your E2 rebounds you'll feel better.

Get BW 4 to 8 weeks after you make these fine adjustments...might want to go closer to 8 weeks to fully get E2 to normalize.

    Welcome to the forum bca!

thanks for the help and the welcome. im on this site for the long haul and i'll give back when i learn more.
its nice to finally get close to being dialed in.
no ed issues, but i do kick it with cialis every once in a while.
    sleep could be better thou.
i'll adjust as suggested and update then.
    thanks

can anyone make an educated guess on how much my T will increase just by stopping adex. 10%-20% ect...?

^^^^Everyone is different so it's impossible to estimate...but it will effect it in a positive way.

That's why you need BW in 6 to 8 weeks.
