Sore nipple?

I don't know if I am just being a hypochondriac but one of my nipples may be getting sore after 4 weeks or 5 injects of .75 ml of test cyp (weekly) and HCG twice a week. Dhea and pregnenolone daily. Is my test intake too high or should I be taking something else to keep estrogen low if that's my problem? Thanks for your help
