I was givin this option, but wouldn't be allowed to donate for another 3 months opposed to 2 months with whole blood. I wasn't sure if this was a better option for my situation. So I did whole blood.
So doing this type of donation would drop your hemoglobin levels more? If so would a three month wait between donations be enough to keep levels in check?
