    Taking the plunge

    Stats: 37 years male, 5'7, 170 lbs, 18%BF.
    Training: Natty, one year, 5X5
    Lifts: BP/Sq/DL = 1/1.5/2x bodyweight

Issues: creeping up over last 5 years or so. Profound fatigue, especially after dinner. Unmotivated during the day. Did some initial bloodwork of my own accord (before finding this board) and T came back within "normal" parameters, but Vit D was low. Once I started lifting and went on Vit D supplementation, the issues got significantly better, BUT, not gone. Also, if I don't work out for 1-2 weeks, my strength declines dramatically.

I'm inclined to think my T is low despite being in the normal "range". I am going to repeat BW (as suggested on stickies). I promised myself I won't go on gear until working out 2 years and dropping BF, but I think I may try to find a way of going on 125 per week anyway. Maybe 250, before an actual "cycle".

    Thoughts?

Thoughts, yes. Post up your most recent BW for us to review with ranges. Let us review it and see what we can find for you. "Normal" parameters according to some docs, really isn't. Most doc's unfortunately just don't know hormones. It may very well be a related issue causing the effect your feeling.

    Welcome!

Thanks Kelkel. I did some bloodwork a few months ago and going again tomorrow. Will post the info once the results become available. Thank you for the advice.
